2. Purpose of the website and Knowbot
The Knowation website presents Knowation’s activities, areas of expertise, projects and contact details.
Knowbot is a chatbot developed by Knowation. Its purpose is to provide an initial analysis of a need expressed by a visitor, in order to help determine whether that need appears to match the type of support offered by Knowation.
Knowbot provides assistance with initial understanding and orientation. It does not constitute definitive advice, a contractual commitment, a promise of results, or a full technical validation.
3. Rules of use
The user undertakes to use the website and Knowbot fairly, reasonably and in compliance with applicable regulations.
In particular, the user agrees not to submit:
- unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent or third-party rights-infringing content;
- data they are not authorised to hold or share;
- sensitive or confidential information not necessary to understand their request;
- content intended to disrupt, divert or abusively test the service.
4. Use of a third-party AI service
To operate, Knowbot may rely on a third-party AI service in order to help rephrase, classify or better understand a need expressed by the user.
For that purpose, messages entered into Knowbot may be transmitted to that provider strictly to the extent necessary for the service to function.
Users are encouraged not to enter sensitive or confidential information unless it is necessary.
5. Contact request
If a user wishes to be contacted again, Knowation may ask for certain identification and contact details, including their name and email address, in order to respond.
Providing this information remains optional, but it is necessary if the user wishes to receive a personalised response or be contacted again.
6. Service limitations
Knowbot provides an initial orientation. The responses generated may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for certain specific situations.
The user remains solely responsible for how they use the information obtained via the website or Knowbot, and for any decisions made on that basis.
7. Availability
Knowation endeavours to ensure the accessibility of the website and Knowbot, without guaranteeing continuous, permanent or error-free availability.
The service may be suspended, interrupted or modified at any time, without notice.
8. Reference to the legal notice
The rules relating to the website publisher, hosting provider, intellectual property, general liability, hyperlinks and applicable law are set out in the website’s legal notice.
